For miniature painters

Your hobby backlog, finally under control.

Hobby Double tracks every miniature from box to base, keeps your paint rack honest, and remembers exactly how you painted that squad two years ago.

Currently invite-only. Works on your phone, tablet and desktop.

Everything on your hobby desk, in one place.

Built by a painter with too many boxes on the shelf, for everyone else with too many boxes on the shelf.

Box to base

Log every unit with its manufacturer, faction, army, quantity and what you paid, then move it through in box, assembled, primed, painting, based and done.

Projects that finish

Group units into projects with a game system, target date and status, and see at a glance what's planned, active, on hold or complete.

A paint rack that doesn't lie

Every paint and material with its type, colour, stock level and storage spot, so you know you're low on that wash before the session, not during it.

Recipes you can repeat

Record each step with the paint, technique and thinning ratio, for every part of the model, so the tenth squad matches the first.

Works offline

Install it on your phone and use it at the club, the shop or the garden shed. Changes sync as soon as you're back online.

Share with your group

Invite friends to a shared project as editors or viewers, and publish a public gallery of finished work. Prices, stock and notes stay private.

Never forget how you painted it.

A recipe is a list of steps: prime, basecoat, wash, layer, edge highlight and so on, each linked to the paint you used. Keep one for every part of the model (armour, cloaks, bases) and your army stays consistent however long it takes.

  • Link steps to the paints in your rack, with thinning ratios and notes
  • Add photos of each stage as you go
  • Keep recipes private, share them by link, or make them public

Know what's on the rack before you buy it again.

Stop coming home from the shop with a third pot of the same red. Every paint is there with its colour swatch, type and where you keep it, and a quick out, low or OK marks what needs restocking.

  • Add paints from a built-in Citadel and Vallejo Model Color catalogue
  • Washes, contrasts, primers, varnishes and all the rest
  • Materials too: basing, glue, brushes, magnets
  • Track what you spend across units, paints and materials

Update your backlog without putting the brush down.

Connect Hobby Double to Claude and just say what you did. Mark units as primed, add a new kit, log a recipe step or check whether you've got enough of a paint, all from a conversation.

  • Works with Claude on desktop, web and mobile, including voice
  • You approve the connection, and can revoke it any time

Get that backlog moving.

Hobby Double is invite-only for now. If you've had an invitation, sign in and start logging.
